It is the core value of white PPF. Its TPU base material thickness reaches 7.5 mil (approximately 190 μm), which is more than twice that of traditional vinyl wrap. During daily driving, when your customers encounter gravel impacts, road debris, or minor scratches, the TPU elastomer can absorb the impact energy and keep these damages on the film. Traditional vinyl wraps have a thickness of only 2-4 mil and do not have the elasticity to recover. So when stones hit them, the surface will leave a mark.

Self-Healing Performance

The top coating of our white PPF adopts a special polymer structure. When there are minor scratches on the surface, as long as it is exposed to heat (such as sun exposure, hot water spraying, or a hot air gun blowing), the minor scratches will automatically heal.

UV and Yellowing Resistance

The biggest challenge of white car paint is ultraviolet rays. When exposed to the sun, the clear coat gradually oxidizes, and a white car will gradually turn into a “muted white car” or a “light yellow car.” The WrapMasterPPF white PPF has added UV inhibitors in its formula and is combined with the non-dye coloring system. It will not fade or turn yellow even after long-term use.

Third-party testing shows that the yellowing value B of the QUV after the 5000-hour aging test is less than 5. This means that whatever color your white car sticker is when applied, our white PPF will remain that color 5 or 8 years later.

Stain Resistance

White car paint is the most prone to dirt, such as a speck of bird droppings. The top coating of WrapMasterPPF white PPF has excellent anti-stain properties. Bird droppings, insect corpses, and industrial dust are difficult to penetrate the membrane layer. With just a rinse with neutral car wash liquid, it can be cleaned thoroughly, and your customers don’t need additional waxing or crystal coating.

Hydrophobic Surface

The surface of the white PPF is coated with a hydrophobic layer. When water falls on it, it will form droplets and roll off instead of spreading out. Even on rainy days, you don’t need to worry about the cleanliness of your car. 

There are fewer water stains, and the car dries faster. Many car owners don’t even need to apply a ceramic coating after applying PPF, because the hydrophobic effect of the film itself is already enough.

Check Opacity and Color Consistency

Light transmission rate and color difference control are the core quality indicators of white PPF.

White is the most difficult color to achieve uniformity. Even a slight uneven thickness or uneven pigment distribution will result in a pattern when applied. Before purchasing, you must confirm whether the white PPF achieves complete light blocking (0% light transmission rate) and whether the color difference between batches is within an acceptable range. It is best to use the same batch of film for the front and rear bumpers of the same vehicle to avoid color differences.

• Weather Resistance Test: It simulates alternating high and low temperatures (-30°C to 85°C) and humid heat cycles (85°C/85% RH) environments
