Consistent Quality from Film to Finished Roll
We control quality throughout every stage of car wrap film production. TPU/PET materials, pigments, and backing paper are inspected before entering the factory. Professional color matching keeps color consistency (ΔE<0.8) between batches. During coating, we closely monitor the film and adhesive thickness, peel strength, adhesive viscosity and temperature resistance to keep the film performing well after production.
During slitting and rewinding, we check the film surface, color consistency and roll tension to reduce issues such as bubbles, wrinkles and loose rolls. The finished roll is checked for size, edge quality, surface condition, and packaging. Every roll has its own batch record for quality tracking. We never compromise on the color, appearance, or quality of our products.
