Blue PPF Supplier
WrapMasterPPF blue PPF changes the original vehicle color and also provides strong physical protection for the vehicle’s paint surface. So it is widely used for full vehicle color modification, as well as for specific areas such as the roof, hood, rearview mirrors, and bumpers.
Our blue PPF is produced by blending the blue pigment directly with the aliphatic TPU substrate during the co-extrusion process, creating a monolithic color structure. It has passed rigorous GB/T 16422.3 standards and QUV 5000-hour aging tests. Whether it’s minor scratches during daily use or long-term exposure to wind and sun, it can maintain a stable and high-end blue texture for a long time.
We offer different blue color schemes and can be combined with different finishes. If the existing blue color cannot meet your market demands, we also support custom blue development. Please send us your specific requirements. We promise to respond promptly within 12 hours and provide you with customized products and a quote within 48 hours.
Our Blue PPF Products

Presents a brilliant blue color with a bright and rich paint texture. It provides a visual effect similar to the original factory high-gloss car paint.

The matte blue surface can reduce reflections, showing a low-key and elegant appearance with a smooth and matte texture.

It lies between glossy and matte finishes. While maintaining the blue color’s depth, it displays a delicate and soft satin effect.

Adding a metallic visual effect to the blue background gives the film’s surface distinct layered reflections when exposed to light. The gloss at 60° can reach up to 95 GU.

It exhibits subtle shifts in blue hues depending on the light and viewing angle, delivering a more translucent and layered appearance.

With a special color-changing effect, PPF transitions naturally from blue to other hues under different lighting conditions and viewing angles, creating a striking visual impact.

With its special shimmer effect, the film presents a distinct shimmer and a grainy blue appearance when exposed to light.

It features a striking blue mirror-like appearance and exhibits high reflectivity when exposed to light.
Blue Color Options
Ice Blue PPFSoft, cool blue paired with a delicate metallic grain effect. Creates an overall fresh and translucent visual appearance.

Piano China Blue PPFProduces a clear, bright blue reflection under strong light while maintaining the color saturation of the deep blue itself.
Blue PPF Key Advantages

When the film surface temperature reaches approximately 45℃ or above, minor surface scratches and swirl marks can be automatically repaired through heat.

It has passed the strict SAE J400 stone impact resistance test, which can easily resist scratches, high-speed flying stone impacts and other common road damages.

With up to 300% elongation rate, it can better adapt to complex curved surfaces such as rearview mirrors, bumpers and the body of the vehicle.

The appropriate initial adhesion force allows for quick positioning, precise fine-tuning and repeated adhesion during the installation process, making installation faster and easier.

It has exceptionally high surface flatness, the blue film surface delivers a more uniform and refined visual effect.

Featuring good tolerance to UV rays, acid rain and common chemical media, it can work normally in an environment ranging from -40 degrees Celsius to 120 degrees Celsius.

Hydrophobic surface treatment can reduce the adhesion of water droplets, dust, bird droppings and common road pollutants on the film surface.

With a high-performance removable adhesive layer design, combined with appropriate heating, you can achieve non-destructive peeling and zero residual adhesive.
Blue Aliphatic TPU
Unlike post-production spray-coating on the film surface, we incorporate the blue paste directly into the aliphatic TPU substrate during the co-extrusion process. It creates an integrated structure between the color and the TPU substrate. This prevents cracking, color peeling, and whitening under tension during installation. Our blue PPF can give you greater installation tolerance and we can ensure that the blue color remains pure and vibrant even after edge wrapping and stretching.

Custom Blue PPF for Your Brand
Provide us RAL numbers, physical color samples, vehicle colors or the target visual effect. We will conduct color matching assessment based on your color requirements. Confirm the glossiness, surface effect and related technical specifications.
We strictly follow the confirmed scheme to make the samples. You can confirm the actual color, gloss and visual effect through the physical samples, and conduct tests.
After the sample is confirmed, we will carry out mass production according to the final confirmed blue PPF specifications. During the production process, we will control the color, film surface, size and roll material status, and conduct final product inspection before shipment.
We can provide customized roll film packaging, labels, cartons, product identification and related packaging information according to your brand requirements.
Blue vinyl wrap usually uses PVC as its main base material and focuses more on color and vehicle decoration. While our blue PPF uses a high-precision TPU base material, which can give you a paint surface with deep color texture, while delivering strong scratch resistance, anti-stone impact, heat self-repairing capabilities and a durability of up to 10 years.
If your customers mainly focus on the cost of color modification, blue vinyl wrap can be a choice. However, if they value the blue effect, paint protection and long-term usage performance more, WrapMasterPPF blue PPF is a more suitable option.
No. Unlike surface-sprayed alternatives, our color is directly embedded into the aliphatic TPU substrate. Even when the film is stretched and bordered with great force, the color inside the TPU substrate will not be diluted or lost.
However, the blue PPF with light-colored or special-effects such as light blue, ice blue, pearl blue and metallic blue are more sensitive to stretching. Excessive stretching may change the arrangement of pearlescent or metallic particles and the light reflection effect. So we recommend conducting a small-scale test before installation.
No. All of our matte blue PPF films feature a functional surface coating designed to reduce the adhesion of fingerprints, water droplets, and common contaminants to the film’s surface.
Our blue PPF is widely used in different vehicles, including cars, trucks, and motorcycles. It is suitable for both full-car color changes and spot applications. In addition to large areas of the body, you can also apply it to the front bumper, hood, front fenders, side mirrors, door handles, and door edges.
Yes. If our current stock of blue PPF does not meet your needs, we offer custom color matching for our exclusive clients. You can provide a RAL color code, a physical color sample, or the color of your target vehicle. We can mix the paint according to your color specifications, create a sample, and confirm the result.
We support a minimum order quantity as low as 1 roll. You can purchase a small amount of sheet materials first, verify product performance before bulk purchasing.
If you need to test several blue effects at the same time, we also support combined purchasing.
