TPU Paint Protection Film uses thermoplastic polyurethane as its protective base material. Clear TPU PPF preserves the original paint color, while colored TPU PPF combines a new vehicle finish with paint protection. Self-healing and other features depend on the selected top coat and product specification.

Yes. Our colored TPU PPF range includes solid colors and specialty finishes. The current technical specification lists more than 500 color options. Ask for the latest color selection and physical samples to confirm availability and appearance.

Our wider range includes matte, satin, gloss, metallic, color-shift, carbon-fiber, and specialty finishes. Confirm whether your selected product is TPU PPF or vinyl wrap, as the material, protection, installation method, and warranty differ.

Yes. We review custom TPU PPF colors, finishes, sizes, packaging, and branding according to technical feasibility and order requirements. Custom MOQ and lead time are confirmed separately from stocked standard rolls.

Yes. Selected TPU PPF and colored TPU PPF products feature a self-healing top coat that can reduce the appearance of light surface scratches when exposed to heat.

The colored TPU PPF specification lists a standard 1.52 m x 15 m roll and a nominal thickness of 7.5 mil with a tolerance of +/-5%. Other thicknesses and sizes depend on the selected SKU. Confirm whether a thickness figure refers to the finished film or includes removable protective layers.

Minimum order quantity: stock standard products from 1 roll. Custom logo or backer printing requires 50 rolls. Custom packaging requires 100 rolls. Custom colors or specifications are quoted per project after sample approval.

Eligible in-stock orders of 1-50 rolls can normally be dispatched within 24-48 hours. The technical specification lists indicative lead times of 3-7 days for larger orders and 15-25 days for full-container orders. Stock, customization, and the confirmed production schedule determine the actual dispatch date; international transit time is separate.

Clear TPU PPF warranty is graded by SKU series: TPU-MS series 5 years; TPU-YS series 6 years; TPU-FA and TPU-KX series 8 years; TPU-SF series (BASF substrate) 10 years; PCU series 15 years. Colored TPU PPF carries a 5-year warranty. All warranties cover yellowing, delamination and adhesive failure under normal use and professional installation, and are confirmed in writing per SKU before ordering.

They are different product types. TPU PPF is designed for paint protection; colored TPU PPF also changes the vehicle appearance. PVC vinyl wrap is primarily used for styling. Confirm the material, specification, installation method, and warranty for the chosen product.

Compare the specified material, finished-film thickness, clarity or color, gloss, surface texture, and installation handling. Ask for applicable adhesion, self-healing, weathering, or restricted-substance documentation. Compare samples under consistent conditions and confirm the bulk-order specification.

Use a professional installer and the product-specific instructions. Prepare clean, sound paint, use an approved installation solution, and avoid excessive stretching or heat. Follow the stated curing period before washing, then use gentle cleaning and avoid directing high-pressure water at film edges.

Stop installation if a defect appears, retain the affected material and an unused sample, and send the order reference, batch label, photos or videos, and installation details. Our after-sales team acknowledges enquiries within 12 hours and aims to propose a solution within 48 hours after receiving the required information.
