This highly saturated racing red pigment exhibits an exquisite, crystal-like luster on its surface, resembling wet paint. Its gloss at 60° reaches approximately 95 GU.
Presents a soft, pearlescent luster and richer surface texture under direct light, appearing brighter, more translucent, and more luxurious than ordinary white.
With a deep, lustrous black as its base, it incorporates subtle blue crystalline tones that reveal a faint blue sheen under natural and direct light. The overall look retains a deep black tone.

5-Layer Structure of Our Crystal PPF
We use a five-layer crystal PPF structure, consisting of a surface protection layer, a functional coating, a TPU substrate, an adhesive layer, and a release liner. Each layer is specifically designed to ensure that our crystal PPF delivers optimal surface gloss, optical clarity, color consistency, and an easy installation experience, providing you with a stable, reliable, and high-quality crystal PPF.
Protective Film
When it is squeezed or rubbed, it is prone to produce surface marks such as indentations and scratches. Our protective film can provide additional protection during transportation and preparation for construction, avoiding surface contamination and mechanical damage.
Besides, our protective film adopts an easy-peel design, which can be removed as a whole without adhering to crystal PPF. This can reduce surface residual glue and optical defects.
Ceramic Coating
Our ceramic coating provides hydrophobic and oleophobic properties. It reduces the adhesion of water droplets, oil stains and daily pollutants on the crystal PPF surface. At the same time, the anti-fingerprint surface design can reduce the fingerprints and grease marks left during the application process and during daily use.
Color Aliphatic TPU
We adopt an integrated production, integrating color and crystal directly into the Aliphatic TPU material system. This ensures that there is no easy fading or exposed edges. Moreover, we can guarantee that the color difference is controlled within 1.5, ensuring that the color of each roll and each batch of crystal PPF is highly consistent.
In addition, both clear crystal PPF and color crystal PPF have passed the QUV 5,000-hour aging test with a B value of less than 5. Even when exposed to outdoor environments such as sunlight and UV rays over extended periods, they maintain good transparency and color stability, minimizing yellowing over time.
Acrylic Adhesive
Our adhesive layer is made of removable acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive and paired with a gas-venting structure design. You can repeatedly adjust the position and more easily expel the air in the adhesive surface. With holding viscosity over 2200g, even for large arc-shaped edges, our crystal PPF can stably adhere without warping or detachment.
Release Liner
We can provide you with high-density PET release paper , which can prevent dust, moisture and other contaminants from entering the adhesive layer during storage, transportation and cutting, while protecting the crystal PPF backside.

If you want to develop a colorful or clear PPF with distinct product characteristics, our crystal PPF can be used as an upgraded product series beyond the ordinary high gloss PPF.
It won’t be exactly the same. The clear crystal PPF has a certain degree of transparency, so the final presentation effect will be influenced by the color of the original vehicle paint, the surface gloss, and the ambient light.
Generally speaking, the crystal effect on light-colored vehicle paint will be brighter and more transparent, while dark-colored vehicle paint such as black or dark blue is more likely to present a distinct shimmering effect, crystal-like quality, and layer of gloss.
There will be some impact. Within the normal construction range, our crystal PPF can maintain a basically stable color and surface effect. However, in areas such as rearview mirrors, bumpers, and grooves that require significant stretching, the film thickness and surface structure may change, resulting in visual differences in local glossiness, crystal effect or color performance compared to the non-stretched areas.
Therefore, we recommend conducting a test application on an actual vehicle model before placing a bulk order to ensure that the color, coverage, and final crystal visual appearance meet your requirements before finalizing the bulk order plan.
It is usually suggested to remove the surface protective film before the formal construction.
The surface protective film can protect the crystal surface and reduce dust, friction and minor scratches during transportation, cutting and construction preparation. Removing the protective film before construction allows you to directly inspect the true luster and appearance effect of the crystal surface.
Yes. But if you plan to use a plotter cutting machine for pre-cutting the film, we recommend testing the knife pressure, knife speed and cutting depth first to avoid cutting through TPU or the release paper.
