Our Black Car Wrap Products

Our gloss black car wraps deliver a deep paint-like finish with a high-gloss shine similar to factory paint, elevating the vehicle’s premium look and visual impact.

Carbon fiber black car wraps feature 3D/4D textured patterns with a realistic touch, imparting a lightweight and sporty racing-inspired appearance.

The matte low-reflective coating highlights the vehicle’s body lines and projects a sleek, dark “black warrior” style.

Fine sparkle particles are infused in the film layer, transforming a deep pure black appearance from a distance and a subtle shine under sunlight, showing more depth and detail in the finish.

Our laser black car wraps use a special gloss effect to generate a dynamic look with flowing colors under light, showing unique visual depth.

Our liquid metallic black car wraps combine fine metallic particles to create a flowing metal-like shine with a modern and high-tech appearance.

Our pearlescent black car wraps feature multi-layer pearl particles that add a soft pearlescent effect, breaking the dull look of traditional black. The surface shows a gentle color change with moving light, making the vehicle more attractive.

Obsidian Black Car Wraps use high-saturation black pigments to achieve deeper color and stronger coverage than standard black films, creating a premium and elegant appearance.

Our satin black car wraps feature a soft matte texture with a silk-like finish. Compared with traditional full matte films, they are less likely to show fingerprints.

Why Are Black Car Wraps Popular in the Automotive Customization Market?
Black Is a Classic Wrap Color with Strong Adaptability

Black is always one of the most popular colors in the automotive customization market. Whether it is a luxury car, sports car, SUV, or commercial vehicle, black can naturally fit different vehicle designs. For your customers, black is also an easier color to match. It works well with different wheels, body accessories, and brand elements, meeting different needs from daily appearance upgrades to high-end custom projects.
Different Finishes Match Different Customization Preferences
Black is a classic color, but different finishes can create completely different visual effects. Gloss black provides a shine close to factory paint, while matte black creates a more subtle and sporty look. Carbon fiber black, metallic black, pearlescent black, and other finishes allow you to create different custom styles with a single black color. By offering a wide choice of black vinyl wraps, you can serve more customer preferences and cater to the preferences of different markets.
A Flexible Way to Upgrade Appearance While Protecting Paint
Compared with black car paint, black car wrap is faster to install and can reduce customer waiting time. When customers want to change the style or restore the original paint color, the wrap is also easier to remove, helping reduce maintenance costs. Meanwhile, the wrap helps reduce the impact of minor scratches and stains from daily use. For customers who want to improve vehicle appearance while keeping the original paint, black car wraps are a more cost-effective choice.
What is the Difference Between Black Car Wrap and Black Car Paint?

Black car wrap is easy to install and can be removed when needed to restore the original paint. It also helps protect the paint surface from daily minor scratches. In contrast, black car paint usually requires sanding the original surface and multiple painting steps. The process takes longer and it is difficult to return the vehicle to its original condition.
Black car wraps offer more color and finish options. However, black car paint can create a classic black finish, but it offers fewer choices for special textures and unique visual effects.
In addition, if a black car film is damaged in a specific area, you can replace just that section. In contrast, painting can result in a noticeable difference between the old and new paint, and the cost of touch-up painting is higher.
Therefore, for customization shops and dealers wanting to protect the original factory paint and offer more styling options, black car wraps provide a more flexible solution for vehicle upgrades.
Applications & Business Uses of Black Car Wraps
Car Wrap & Detailing Shops
Our black car vinyl wrap films are suitable for full vehicle color changes and body decoration. With a smooth film surface, our products help installation shops achieve a high-end finish, reduce orange peel effects and improve customer satisfaction.
Motorsport & Show Cars
For motorsport and show cars that require eye-catching designs, fast replacement and paint protection, we offer black special-effect wraps. With low-tack adhesive and excellent air-egress performance, the films are easy to install and remove without damaging the original paint, meeting the needs of short-term vehicle styling changes.
Partial Wrap & Chrome Delete

Chrome trims, grilles, badges, mirrors, and other parts are often wrapped in black as part of vehicle customization. For narrow trims and complex curves, our black car wrap fits closely to the surface, helping reduce wrinkles and edge lifting. This makes local black-out work easier for installers.
Automotive Dealerships & OEMs
We provide complete OEM private label and dropshipping services. From logo printing on backing paper to custom color box packaging, our products can be shipped directly to your global customers, helping you expand your product line quickly.

How to Avoid Black Car Wrap Bubbles or Lift After Installation?

Usually, these are caused by incomplete surface preparation, trapped air during wrapping, excessive film stretching, incorrect installation technique, surface impurities, or inappropriate working settings.
Before installation, clean the vehicle paint surface thoroughly and keep the temperature between 18°C and 25°C to achieve the best adhesive performance. During application, use a squeegee with a protective layer and apply even pressure to smooth the film and remove air through the air release channels. When handling edges and curved areas, keep the film stretch within the safe range of 10%–20%. Finally, heat the edges with a heat gun at 80°C to 90°C to seal the edges and set the shape, achieving a tight bond between the pressure-sensitive adhesive and the vehicle’s paint.

The two products are designed for different market positions. PVC black vinyl wrap is mainly used for vehicle color changes. It offers a wide range of colors and surface finishes with high cost performance, making it a better choice for automotive customization projects that focus on appearance upgrades and budget control.
TPU black PPF combines color effects with paint protection. As an optical-grade paint protection film, it features self-healing performance and a long service life of 5–10 years. With a higher price point, it is more suitable for premium vehicles and customers who value long-term vehicle care.
We offer flexible MOQs to support growing brands:
- Standard Stock Rolls: 1 Roll (MOQ) for quick sampling or dropshipping.
- Custom Branded Packaging Boxes: MOQ 50 Rolls.
- Custom Branded Release Liner (Backing Logo): MOQ 500 Rolls.
- Customized Color Matching (1:1 Paint Match): MOQ 30 Rolls.
Our black PVC vinyl wrap has been treated for better heat stability. It can maintain normal performance in both freezing conditions and hot summer sunlight, without abnormal shrinkage or edge lifting. It can withstand temperatures from -40°C to +90°C. The heat resistance of TPU Black PPF is even higher, with a maximum temperature resistance of +120°C.
High-pressure washing is safe for vehicles with black car wrap. However, automatic car washes with hard brushes should be avoided, as the high-speed rotating brushes may increase wear on matte coatings.
No. UV stabilizers are added to the top layer of our film to help protect against strong sunlight exposure. During the 3–5 year service period, the black color can stay rich without powdering, whitening, or losing gloss due to oxidation.
Black vinyl wrap can improve the appearance of slight color differences and minor surface imperfections. However, it cannot fully cover deep scratches, dents, rust, or large areas of damaged paint.
