This catalogue lets buyers filter our range the way they actually specify film: by colour, by finish, by thickness and by warranty tier. It covers clear TPU paint protection film, coloured TPU PPF, PCU film and PET/PVC vinyl wrap, all produced in our own plant in Hangzhou and shipped from one roll.

Three Axes: Material, Thickness, Warranty
- Material — clear TPU, coloured TPU, PCU (hydrolysis-resistant TPU) or PET/PVC vinyl.
- Thickness — 7.5 mil (about 190 µm) for conformability and price, 8.5 mil for heavier impact protection, 10 mil for maximum film build.
- Warranty tier — 5, 6, 8, 10 or 15 years depending on the SKU series. Warranty is graded by series, not by product family.
Clear TPU Paint Protection Film
Our clear TPU PPF is a thermoplastic polyurethane film with a clear coat, supplied in 7.5 and 8.5 mil. It is self-healing under heat, hydrophobic on the surface, and available across five warranty tiers: TPU-MS at 5 years, TPU-YS at 6 years, TPU-FA and TPU-KX at 8 years, and TPU-SF on a BASF substrate at 10 years.
Substrates come from named suppliers — Wanhua, Covestro and BASF — and the grade is stated on the quotation, so buyers can compare what is actually being quoted rather than comparing film thickness alone.
Coloured TPU PPF
Coloured TPU PPF carries the same protective function as clear film while changing the vehicle’s colour. We hold more than 500 colours across gloss, satin, matte, metallic and colour-shift finishes, plus carbon fibre and forged carbon styles.
Because colour matching matters more here than anywhere else in the range, we hold colour tolerance to ΔE ≤ 1.5 within a production batch. Coloured TPU carries a 5-year warranty.
PCU Film
PCU is our hydrolysis-resistant TPU. In hot, humid and high-UV markets — the Gulf, coastal Australia, parts of South-East Asia — standard TPU ages faster than buyers expect. PCU is built for those conditions and carries a 15-year warranty, the longest tier we offer.
PET and PVC Vinyl Wrap
For colour-change work where paint protection is not the primary requirement, PET and PVC vinyl wrap covers the price-sensitive end of the range. PET gives a high-gloss, low-orange-peel surface for show-quality finishes; PVC is the volume option for fleet, trade and entry-level retail.

How to Compare Quotes Properly
Three quotes for “8 mil TPU PPF” are rarely the same product. Ask each supplier for five things: the substrate supplier and grade; the measured thickness rather than the nominal one; the warranty series and exactly what it covers; whether the price includes the release liner and core; and the incoterm. A quote that looks clearly cheaper usually differs on at least two of those five points, and the difference surfaces eighteen months later on a customer’s bonnet.
Samples and Colour Approval
We send A4 swatches for clear film and colour cards for the coloured range before a first order. For private-label programmes we produce a pre-production roll from the approved colour, and that roll becomes the reference for the batch. Buyers in the Gulf and Australia should ask for samples from the PCU range specifically, because ageing behaviour differs from standard TPU under high UV.

Stock standard products ship from one roll. Custom logo or backer printing requires 50 rolls; custom packaging requires 100 rolls. Orders of 1–50 rolls dispatch in 24–48 hours, 50+ rolls in 3–7 days, and full containers in 15–25 days. Frequently Asked Questions About Filtering the Range
Which thickness should I stock first? Most shops start with 7.5 mil clear film: it conforms around mirrors, handles and recessed edges with less heat, and covers the widest range of vehicles. Add 8.5 mil when your customers are buying protection for new or high-value cars and expect a thicker film.
Can I mix colours in one order? Yes. Mixed containers are available for distributors, and stock colours ship from one roll. Custom colours are quoted per project after a sample is approved.
Is the warranty the same across the range? No. Warranty is graded by SKU series — 5 years on TPU-MS, 6 on TPU-YS, 8 on TPU-FA and TPU-KX, 10 on TPU-SF, and 15 years on PCU. Coloured TPU carries 5 years. Always confirm the written warranty for the exact SKU you order.
